Pickup & Delivery

1. In-Person Pickup (Free)

The simplest option. After your puppy is fully weaned and vet-cleared (typically 8 weeks of age), you come to us, meet the puppy, sign the sales agreement in person, and take your puppy home that same day. Pickups are by scheduled appointment only.

2. Ground Nanny Delivery

For families within reasonable driving distance, we can arrange a vetted, insured pet nanny to drive your puppy to you in a climate-controlled vehicle. The nanny travels with the puppy in the cabin the entire trip and meets you at your door. Cost is calculated by distance and quoted before booking.

3. In-Cabin Flight Nanny

For families further away, we can arrange a flight nanny to fly with your puppy as a cabin passenger (never in cargo). You receive flight details, photos en route, and meet the nanny at your local airport. Flight nanny cost is the buyer's responsibility and quoted before booking.

What We Do Not Do

We do not ship puppies as cargo, by mail, or unaccompanied. Our puppies travel with a person, in the cabin, every time. No exceptions.

What Comes Home With Your Puppy

• Vet-issued health certificate and vaccination record
• Microchip registration paperwork
• Starter bag of the food they are already eating
• A small blanket carrying mom and littermates' scent
• A favorite chew toy
• Written care guide
• Signed sales agreement and health guarantee

Travel Day Tips

• Bring a soft carrier, a small towel, and bottled water for the trip home.
• Offer water often, food sparingly, on the journey.
• Plan a quiet first night — no big greetings, no parties, no other pets meeting yet.
• Schedule your vet wellness check within 72 hours of arrival.
